The Grain of the Silos Restaurant is situated onsite at Peppers Silo Hotel, delivering on its promise of paddock to plate. You will find foods from local farmers delivering world-class produce. Beef and lamb farmed from up the road complimented with Tassie’s best and freshest seafood sourced from our coastal waters.
Our Food Director Massimo Mele and Executive Chef Thomas Pirker take the paddock-to-plate ethos to the next level, having met every farmer and producer - working in partnership to create wonderful plates.
